Felicity Jones is an British actress best recognized for her role as Jane Hawking. She played the part in The Theory of Everything, that was critically acclaimed. Jones began her acting career at age of 12 and appeared in various TV series, plays as well as films. She started her career with the film on television The Treasure Seekers. The following year she made an appearance as a character in The Worst Witch as Ethel Hallow and Weirdsisters College. The first movie she appeared in, Flashbacks of a Fool, featured her as Young Ruth. Since then she has appeared in numerous movies. The most notable of these was The Invisible Woman & The Amazing Spider-Man 2 in particular, she was a star for her role. However, it was her performance as the wife of Stephen Hawking in The Theory of Everything that made her the recipient of an Oscar for the very first time. Jones was highly praised by viewers and critics alike because she played the character of Hawking's wife, in this Stephen Hawking biopic. Inferno featuring Tom Hanks was next on her resume. Jones was awarded an award called the British Artist of year award in 2016 from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles. It was awarded for her amazing talent and contribution towards cinema.
