Linda Hamilton was an American actress best known for playing Sarah Connor in The Terminator, and the sequel Terminator 2 Judgment Day. In the series Beauty and the Beast, she played the role of Catherine Chandler. With her husky, strong voice, she portrays characters who have been through numerous trials and challenges before achieving success. A toned body and her character as a woman action star in Hollywood have been credited with the name as the "Body of the Nineties". She was born in Salisbury Maryland, she was born into an Anglo-Saxon family home. In later life, she emigrated to New York City where Lee Strasberg was a teacher in classes. The actress began her acting career on TV, then moved to films. Her biggest break came when she played Sarah Connor, in The Terminator in 1984. The actress went on and was in numerous TV films and shows. In a TV interview that she suffered from Bipolar Disorder and this led her to break up with Bruce Abbot. The second wedding she had with Director James Cameron, was unsuccessful.

During the same period the singer began recording her debut album. She then signed with 550 Music/NuSound Records. Los Angeles was the location of her first ever live performance. Haley was signed to a three-picture deal for three films with Warner Brothers Pictures. She was a part of Warner Brothers Pictures on College and The haunting Molly Hartley (2008) as well as a part on the film Marley & Me. Bennett is also featured in two short film series Passage as well as Sleepwalking in the Rift and the movies The Hole, Kaboom, Arcadia Lost, Deep Powder, Things People Do, and the TV film Outlaw Country. She has upcoming roles in Random, The Equalizer and The White City. In the near future, she will be working on projects from Terrence malick and Warren Beatty.
